Perfect location, nice view, clean room, extensive breakfast, friendly staff, modern interior.

Brand new hotel above a shopping center. Central location and the rooms are very efficient and well designed. Superb free wifi all over the hotel, including the rooms!

No spa available and no hotel car if you don't want a taxi.

Good location near a popular mall, this hotel offers exclusive amenities such as 24-hour fitness center and intercontinental breakfast with sushi. The room was modern with a bathtub and shower but the towels were worn. The friendly staff provided great service during our stay.

One minor issue was the small amount of water from the shower due to a leak. Otherwise, this venue had exceptional service, including fast laundry service.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to a shopping mall and made it easy to do some last-minute shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I also enjoyed the live music in the hotel lobby, which provided a nice atmosphere.

One downside to my stay was the poor quality of some of the towels provided in the bathroom. Some were stained and looked like they were in need of replacement.

Had a wonderful stay during Christmas season. The hotel had a great breakfast with plenty of options and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it was connected to a mall and there were many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds, and the bathroom was equipped with all necessary amenities.

The elevators were slow and sometimes crowded, making it difficult to get to and from the room quickly. the lobby area could get busy and overwhelming at times, especially during peak hours.

The staff also offers free transportation to pick up guests from the airport. The rooms are spacious and the gym and pool are well-equipped for a comfortable stay.

Some of the amenities need improvement, such as the dirty carpeted floors, frayed and rotten towels, and dirty windows. These details could detract from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
